The service
Jurisdixio provides AI-assisted contract review, due diligence, drafting and practice management tools. It is software, not a law firm, and no attorney–client relationship is created by using it.
Professional responsibility
All AI output is a draft. A qualified lawyer must verify every citation, figure and clause before reliance or filing, and sign off where the product provides a sign-off field.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you upload and for your team's access. Do not upload material you lack the right to process, or use the service to break applicable law or professional rules.
Plans, trials and billing
The trial runs 14 days with capped usage and needs no card. Paid plans renew each period until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and the workspace then becomes read-only.
Liability and changes
The service is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law, and our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding twelve months. Material changes to these terms are announced in-app before they take effect.
